Terms and Conditions

By purchasing The Hurray Bra Breakthrough, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older

  • Sessions are open to bra wearers of all genders and backgrounds

  • This experience is educational and styling-based and is not medical advice

What’s Included

Your purchase includes:

  • Two private virtual sessions with Hurray Kimmay via Google Meet (45–60 minutes each)

  • Personalized bra size guidance and fit recommendations

  • Custom bra and/or swimwear recommendations with shopping links

  • Follow-up bra care resources and support materials

Bra, swimwear, and clothing purchases are not included in your session fee.

Scheduling & Timing

  • Both sessions must be completed by August 31, 2026

  • Please allow at least 7 days between Session One and Session Two to allow time for ordering and receiving recommended items

  • Sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance

  • If sessions are not completed by August 31, 2026, they will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Each session may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • After one reschedule per session, additional changes may result in forfeiture of that session

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of the session

  • No-shows are considered forfeited sessions

Refund Policy

Because this is a limited-capacity, time-bound offering with reserved space:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out and support will be considered on a case-by-case basis within the scope of these terms.

Session Recording

  • Sessions may be recorded only with your explicit permission

  • Recordings are intended for your personal use only and may not be shared publicly without mutual written consent

Technology Requirements

  • Sessions take place via Google Meet

  • A desktop or laptop computer with a larger screen is highly recommended, as screen sharing will be used during sessions

  • Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a working camera/microphone

  • Technical issues will be addressed collaboratively, and rescheduling may be required if necessary

Support Scope

  • Additional support outside of scheduled sessions is not included unless otherwise arranged

Respectful Conduct

This is a supportive, inclusive, and safe space.

  • Disrespectful, discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated

  • Hurray Media DBA Hurray Kimmay reserves the right to end a session or terminate access to remaining sessions without refund if conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate

Hurray Media DBA Hurray Kimmay is an Undergarment Educator and bra fitting expert, not a medical professional.

Any health concerns, pain, or medical conditions should be discussed with a qualified healthcare provider.
